Are you looking to kick-start your career within Recruitment in an organisation that fosters your learning and development?

If you are ready for a new challenge, we have an exciting opportunity to join our team as an Recruitment Coordinator in our in-house Health in Justice Recruitment team on a 12-month fixed term contract.

You will provide an excellent resourcing administration service to support the Health in Justice Recruitment Team in delivering a high standard recruitment service across our Health in Justice services. You will ensure a timely and efficient candidate journey, liaising with our Recruiters, Recruitment Partner and Senior Recruitment Partner to ensure a smooth recruitment process. You will also be responsible for keeping job adverts up to date and ensuring adverts are published accurately reflecting positively on our employer brand whilst ensuring adverts are posted across all relevant sourcing channels.

About You

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

  • You will need to be a team player with strong customer service skills
  • Strong organisational and administration skills
  • Good Level of literacy
  • Attention to detail

Additional Information:

Our standard working hours are 9:00am – 5:30pm however we can be flexible should you wish to start earlier or finish later.

This role is home based, with a requirement to come to our Reading office once every two weeks for team working and meetings.  Our Reading office is within 10 minutes walk of Reading Train Station and Town Centre. Free parking is available.
