About The Role

We're looking for a Primary Care Nurses to join our team within the healthcare department at  HMP Huntercombe .You will work as part of a multidisciplinary team ensuring patients arriving into  HMP Huntercombe receive a full assessment and understanding their risks and needs to enable proactive care planning. To support them through their time in custody you will access services and receive assessments in a timely way and work with a variety of registered and non-registered professionals including; mental health, primary care and substance misuse practitioners.

This is a full time position working  shift from 12:00 noon – 20:00 pm  Monday to Friday

About You

You will be a qualified Registered Adult Nurse with a real passion for developing your clinical skills in an environment that is ever changing. You’ll have a flexible approach working within a team that encourage new ideas and opinions on how to improve the service. If you are self-motivated and able to work autonomously as well as showing plenty of initiative when it comes to handling a wide range of situations, then this could be the right role for you!

You’ll receive an annual salary from  £36,000 till £40,500  per annum - dependent on experience. It's located within 15 minutes of Henley on Thames, 30 minutes of Reading and 35 minutes of High Wycombe.
