About The Role

As the Clinical Lead and a member of the wider management team, you will be responsible for providing the day-to-day clinical and operational management of the mental health team across an integrated healthcare service, contributing to the strategic direction of the service. You will support your team to carry out comprehensive assessments, confidently communicating treatment options, and initiating supportive care plans, working with individuals on a 1-2-1 basis alongside the wider multi-disciplinary team.

This includes ensuring all operational and clinical data requirements on the Key Performance Indicators (KPI’s) are submitted within agreed deadlines and that KPI data is utilised to manage the performance of the team.

HMP Onley is a Category C men's prison with an operational capacity of 710 prisoners. HMP Onley is situated just over 5 miles south of Rugby and 5 miles north of Daventry with good transport links from Coventry and Northampton.

About You

As a Clinical Lead, you’ll be an integral part of the healthcare team by bringing your top-notch skills, passion for care, and leadership to the role.

This is a leadership role and with your team leaders, you will model a culture of compassion, courage, and competence. The role will include providing challenge, support, and mentorship at the point of delivery, drawing the best from our staff, and improving the quality of care for our services.

You’ll receive an annual salary £46,360 per annum - depending on experience; free DBS check, free uniform, free mandatory training, indemnity cover, CPD and re-validation support. As well as a number of benefits including a company pension scheme, 25 days annual leave, increasing with service up to 28 days per year, plus 8 public bank holidays plus other benefits including cycle to work scheme and clinical development opportunities.
