About The Role

This is an exciting role working within the marketing team as the ‘go to’ person for our websites – across primary and secondary care. Working with the senior website manager, content specialist and external suppliers you will deliver great digital experiences to our customers and partners. You will support the marketing team in sourcing and attracting new customers and raising brand awareness through the creation of multichannel marketing campaigns, specifically focussing on digital user experience, testing and optimisation. As well as being a power CMS user, you will also concentrate on analytics and search engine optimisation, providing information to the organisation which informs marketing decisions and opportunities.

 

This is a role where you can grow and develop your digital marketing skills, working with a great in house team and top class agencies. You’ll have plenty of opportunities to learn and will be a major contributor to Practice Plus Group and the work we do across all our healthcare divisions.

About You

We are looking for someone who can show a broad experience of the marketing mix from a marketing, healthcare, advertising or communications field. You will have a level of understanding of the different marketing channels and how they can be best utilised.

You will need a good knowledge of marketing performance and optimisations, offline marketing and digital marketing. Good project management and strong interpersonal skills as well as the ability to multi-task and re-prioritise are required to help you manage multiple projects simultaneously.

A good problem solver, with critical thinking skills and the ability to understand and interpret data, you will be able to work autonomously as well as part of an integrated team.
