As the Clinical Lead and a member of the wider management team, you will be responsible for providing the day-to-day clinical and operational management of the primary care health team across an integrated healthcare service, contributing to the strategic direction of the service. You will support your team to carry out comprehensive assessments, confidently communicating treatment options, and initiating supportive care plans, working with individuals on a 1-2-1 basis alongside the wider multi-disciplinary team.

There will be an expectation for the post holder to lead/contribute to clinical and consumer audits. You'll be responsible to the Head of Healthcare, to ensure the management of the service meets its contractual obligations.
This includes ensuring all operational and clinical data requirements on the Key Performance Indicators (KPI’s) are submitted within agreed deadlines and that KPI data is utilised to manage the performance of the team.

You’ll receive an annual salary up to £50,000 per annum - depending on experience. About Us

Practice Plus Group is a specialist provider of NHS services into prison healthcare across over 45 different prisons, young offenders and immigration removal centres. The prison population is one of the most vulnerable and challenged patient groups in society and the delivery of their health care is conducted within often difficult and demanding environments.

Gatwick Immigration Removal Centre is a detention centre based on the grounds of Gatwick Airport, Crawley, West Sussex. The IRC facility holds up to 450 adult male residents in Brook House and 162 adult male residents in Tinsley House (currently a short term facility), with a separate small facility for up to three families.
