We are looking for an experienced Administrator to join our team.  Our team members are adaptable, friendly, polite and caring. Working in partnership Lincolnshire East Clinical Commissioning Groups (CCG) operating from six sites at North Hykeham, Louth, Old Leake, Boston, Wragby and Skegness this service delivers immediate diagnosis and treatment for NHS patients with a wide range of musculoskeletal problems. The service is based upon a flexible, mobile team delivering services closer to their homes and workPatients are referred to the scheme by their GP and the NHS ERS System.
 

The Clinical Coordinator role covers sites at Boston Parkside Medical Practice, providing administrative support to the clinical team. Mileage will be payable according.

Typical clinic hours are from 8:00-17:00, Monday to Friday.

 NB: This is a Bank position.

About You

As the Clinical Coordinator at Practice Plus Group MSK & Spinal Services, Lincolnshire you will provide a comprehensive clinical administration service to the unit ensuring that all patients are treated in a professional and courteous manner, endorsing the patient centred approach of the team.
 
As Clinical Coordinator you will be the first contact for our customers and a good telephone manner coupled with a customer orientated approach is essential for this role. Being professional and empathetic when dealing with patient queries. You will be experienced at working to set KPI targets and comfortable to take on any other administration support tasks required.  You will be efficient in processing patient records and ensuring data confidentially is maintained at all times.
 
Other aspects of the role will include, ensuring drug supplies are in stock and necessary checks are carried out. You will be experienced in conducting audits, scheduling patients in for appointments and keeping tidy and well stocked. 
 
Above all, you have a natural ability to help make the lives of others more fulfilling and want to work in an environment where the work can be hard, but also fun and rewarding.
