We are now recruiting for an Office Assistant to support the Integrated Urgent Care (IUC) Directors office, working alongside the Personal Assistant to ensure the efficient and effective running of the office.
This role provides key support to both the director and senior leadership team in IUC.
This role will be a mixture of working from home and traveling to our local sites depending on your location. Ideally Reading will be your main locations, but we can consider applications anywhere in the UK.
Salary & Hours of Work
This is a part time role of 15 hours per week, paid pro-rata to the full time salary rate of £21,000 per annum. Working hours are in line with normal office hours.
The requirement is to work some hours on a Tuesday and Friday and flexibly across other days. Flexibility of arrangements can be discussed with the applicant.
Key Responsibilities include
• Supporting the PA with varied activities.
• Diary and inbox management for the IUC Director, in line with organisational priorities
• Organising travel
• Booking meeting rooms & restaurants for internal and external meetings
• Planning and maintaining on call rosters.
• Manging inbox filing.
• Managing correspondence.
In the PA’s absence to
• Taking minutes of meetings and maintaining action logs.
• Act as a contact for the IUC Director, dealing with telephone calls and enquiries, Collate and coordinate information to ensure effective preparation for the IUC Director for meetings
