What do we need from you so you can do the job?
In order for you to be successful in this position, you will need to be a qualified adult nurse (RGN) with current professional registration with the NMC. You will also have the below abilities and experience:
- Evidence of Continued Professional Development
- Understanding of the complexities of multi-disciplinary and multi-agency working
- A non-judgmental and compassionate approach
- Excellent communication skills
- Understanding of clinical governance, health and safety, QOF, EBP and national standards
