Practice Plus Group provide the Out of Hours (OOH) service across Gloucestershire. The OOH service is an appointment based service that is accessed via the national NHS 111 service. Patients are assessed via the 111 team and if it’s clinically appropriate, they will get referred on to our OOH service. This will lead to either a face-to-face appointment in one of our primary care centres, or a home visit by one of our clinicians.
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Bank Multi-skilled Service Support Staff to join the Gloucestershire Out of Hours (OOH) service on a bank basis, picking up shifts when it suits your lifestyle. Currently we are predominantly looking for receptionists, but you will be multi-trained in all of the below roles.
This is a Bank contract to work as an when required including nights and weekends
Pay Rates
Weekday - 0800-2359 - £11.48
Weekday - 0000-0759 - £16.07
Weekend - 0800-2359 - £12.28
Weekend - 0000-0759 - £17.23
The role will be covering mainly Cirencester or Cinderford.
Requirements:
Be an individual who has the ability to work under pressure, implementing there excellent communication skills whilst being able to type quickly and accurately, with attention to detail. Having good organizational and IT skills will help you to be successful in this role.
