Finance Manager

As our Finance Manager, you’ll:

• Providing financial leadership to the surgical centre and acting as a key member of the Senior Management Team.
• Producing accurate monthly management accounts, including variance analysis and insightful commentary.
• Leading forecasting and annual budgeting processes in collaboration with operational teams and central finance.
• Monitoring performance against contracts and identifying risks and opportunities.
• Supporting new business opportunities through financial appraisals and modelling.
• Ensuring compliance with financial controls, policies and processes across the unit.
• Managing and developing direct reports, including clinical coders.
• Acting as a trusted finance partner to operational teams on a day-to-day basis.

With your recent experience in a similar finance leadership or operational finance role, you will also have:

• Strong analytical, forecasting and financial modelling skills.
• Experience working in cross-functional or matrix organisations.
• Proven ability to influence stakeholders and communicate complex information clearly.
• Line management experience with a track record of developing teams.
• Highly proficient in Excel and Microsoft Office tools.
• A proactive, commercially minded approach with a genuine desire to make a difference.
