We’re looking for an experienced and dedicated Clinical Duty Shift Manager (CDSM) to join our Integrated Urgent Care (IUC) Operational Delivery Team. This is a key role responsible for real-time clinical resource management, ensuring safe, effective and high-quality service delivery across our IUC/111 network.
