As a Data Lead, your responsibilities will vary. You will:
- Using SystmOne, report on patient data and records for use by senior staff
- Data cleanse, and ensure that all data is high quality and accurate
- Summarise new patient records from SystmOne, highlighting issues, and ensuring that patients are added to the correct waiting lists
- Continuously improve patient records on SystmOne
- Carry out system, searches / reports, and enter data onto data entry templates
- Build up patient records ready for release and transfer
- Complete clinical coding
- Work within the Quality Outcomes Framework (QOF)
- Work on the long term conditions registers and waiting lists

Qualifications and experience required:
- A thorough understanding and experience of using SystmOne is essential for this role
- Ideally have experience of working within a prison / secure setting
- Experience of working with high level data, and ensuring data accuracy
- Ability to produce reports
- Have experience of clinical coding
