About The Role

Our Out of Hours service plays a vital part in ensuring patients across Surrey receive timely, compassionate and efficient support when they need it most. As a Bank Receptionist, you’ll be the first point of contact for patients, clinicians and visitors across our Cranleigh, Guildford and Epsom bases, helping to keep the service running smoothly during evenings and weekends.

Working across multiple sites, you’ll provide a calm, professional and welcoming presence, ensuring that every patient interaction reflects our commitment to high‑quality care. You’ll support clinical teams, manage essential administrative tasks and help maintain a safe, organised environment during busy periods.

This is a flexible bank role ideal for someone who thrives in a fast‑paced setting, enjoys variety and takes pride in delivering excellent customer service. If you’re reliable, confident and motivated by helping others, you’ll find this role both rewarding and meaningful.

This role will be based at either:

Cranleigh Base -- Cranleigh Hospital, High Street, Cranleigh, Surrey GU6 8AE – Weekend shifts
Guildford Base – Royal Surrey County Hospital, Egerton Road, Guildford, Surrey GU2 7XX – Weekend morning shifts
Epsom Base – Epsom General Hospital, Dorking Road, Epsom, Surrey KT18 7EG – Weekday Evenings & Weekend morning shifts
