Patient Pathway Coordinator

With your previous experience in an administrative or reception role, ideally within healthcare or a customer service environment, you will also have:

• Excellent communication skills, with the confidence to handle a high volume of calls in a professional and reassuring manner
• Strong computer and data entry skills, including experience with Microsoft Office and Patient Administration Systems (or equivalent)
• The ability to stay calm under pressure, prioritise effectively, and work accurately to deadlines
• A proactive, team-oriented attitude with a commitment to delivering excellent service to patients
• An understanding of confidentiality, data protection, and information governance

What you can expect in return;

• A salary of £25,104.35 per annum
• Work 37.5 hours a week; 8 hour shifts between Monday - Friday 9am - 5pm or 10.00am - 6pm, shifts will vary week on week
• Any weekend shifts will be deemed unsociable hours; an increase in the hourly rate
