About The Role

Do you have substantial experience leading a commercial finance team? If you are qualified Finance Manager with a strong career to date and are looking to join an energetic and vibrant organisation that truly makes a difference to people’s lives we would love to hear from you.

 

The Senior Finance Manager vacancy is based across our services in Portsmouth and Southampton, you will be required to work across both locations however a degree of flexibility can be applied to how your time at each is split.

Reporting to the Finance Director, Ben, you will develop good working relationships with teams both internally and externally, including local commissioning bodies and NHS Trusts meaning excellent stakeholder management skills are a must.

Supported by a central management accounting team in Reading and with an Assistant Finance Manager reporting directly to you, your focus will be on providing sound financial information, strategy, annual planning and forecasting. You will predominantly be working with the local operational Senior Leadership teams to drive optimum financial performance whilst maintaining excellent patient care, along with having exposure to divisional and group Exec teams.

Remuneration for this role is up to £70,000 per annum dependent on experience, plus a car allowance and bonus scheme.
