We have an exciting opportunity for a Psychosocial Team Lead to join our Substance Misuse team at HMP Ford, a category D Prison located in Arundel, West Sussex.

We are currently looking for someone with the relevant skills and experience or someone who wishes to develop into a senior leadership role. You will join HMP Ford as Psychosocial Team LeadLeading a small team of recovery workers within the Substance Misuse Team.

The Psychosocial team lead will ensure smooth running of the day to day work load, ensuring that all planned and unscheduled care requirements are met 7 days per week.They will ensure that the SMART groups run efficiently and open to all patients in their care

Hours

Monday - Friday (Occasional weekends when required)

0800 - 1600

37.5 hours per week

Salary

This position is full time, you’ll receive an annual salary up to £36,000 per annum FTE - depending on experience.
