Due to the increased demand in 111, we’re looking for a 111 Pathways Trainer who can hit the ground running and lead the way in training new Health Advisors in our call centre in Bristol.
You will be working with the Head of 111 Training and team of Network Clinical and Operational trainers. This role includes the planning, delivery and evaluation of a wide range of NHS Pathways and in-house workshops for 111 colleagues.
From a new starter’s first day, their time on the foundation bay and through to successful completion, you will be ensuring that each new member of the team are fully competent, confident and autonomous in their role as a Health Advisor.
You will be based at our 111 Bristol site delivering face to face and occasionally use Microsoft Teams to deliver remote workshops.
Pay Rates & Hours
- £30.075 per annum
- Full time 37.5 hours per week on a 2 week rolling pattern
