Regional Manager - West Midlands

As the Regional Manager for our West Midlands region you will lead the team to provide innovative, energetic, quality patient focused care which delivers the committed margin.

You will be expected to manage our healthcare services in accordance with CQC and other statutory requirements. You will be supported by the regional team.

The job role will be based primarily the regional area, with responsibility of the sites within the region. There will be an expectation of travel regularly between the prisons across the region, including services we may latterly be contracted to provide services for. Attendance to commissioner meetings as well as Practice Plus Group meetings will form an integral part of this role to ensure our operational requirements are met.

Healthcare management experience, and/or prison experience are highly desirable for this role and would be a clear advantage due to the complexity of the services and environment we operate in, but are not absolutely essential.
