As the Emergency Planning, Resilience and Response Lead for our 111 service, you will be responsible for developing, implementing, and maintaining robust emergency planning and business continuity processes to ensure the service is prepared for any challenges that may arise. You will play a key role in leading the response to emergencies, ensuring the safety and wellbeing of both patients and staff, and working collaboratively with internal and external stakeholders to maintain operational resilience.
Prepares the IUC service for all matters relating to EPRR. Writing and updating national major incident plans, national business continuity plans, seasonal and other associated EPRR documentation commensurate with NHSE compliance.
