Are you an experienced administrator with excellent customer service skills looking for a rewarding role? 

If you are looking to join an energetic and vibrant organisation that truly makes a difference to people’s lives on a daily basis we would like to hear from you. We are looking for a Patient Services Coordinator to join our administration team at our Practice Plus Group Hospital, Rochdale .

Our focus at all times is on ensuring that our patients receive high quality treatment quickly, in clean and comfortable surroundings.

From accepting referrals to booking patients into the right appointments at the right time and ensuring all patient data is accurate to reception duties and answering patient queries, this role is varied and you will need to be able to learn fast, but you will be rewarded by quickly becoming part of a great team, helping make our service ever more slick and efficient and to ensure our patient experience is the best it can be.

The service provided may be face to face or via the telephone, with the job holder being courteous and professional at all times. The role demands great attention to detail and the ability to resolve queries at the first opportunity. Striving for excellence and a willingness to continuously improve to deliver the highest standards required to support the Ophthalmology service.
