Senior Registered Misuse Nurse

As a Substance Misuse Nurse, your responsibilities will vary. You will

• Work as part of a multi-disciplinary team, prioritising patient care to develop individualised packages of care through comprehensive assessment and recovery planning.
• You will deliver a range of treatment options including clinical and psychosocial interventions in both a group and 1-1 setting with recovery at the centre of our healthcare wellbeing model.
• You must be able to carry out comprehensive assessments, initiate and review individual recovery plans and confidently communicate the full range of treatment options available to service users
• promote safe patient care
• develop and apply new skills to maintain and enhance clinical service delivery.

We are looking for caring, compassionate but also driven professionals who can help us drive our vision for a fair and inclusive healthcare access to all. 

• You will be a qualified Registered Nurse (Mental Health) with a real passion for developing your clinical skills in an environment that is ever changing
• You'll also have a RCGP 1 in Substance Misuse or willingness to undertake this to support you in your development.
• Experience of working with opiate dependant patients is advantageous for this role, as well as sound clinical substance misuse knowledge but not essential.
