You will be a Registered General Nurse (Adult) looking to develop your current skills in a unique and ever changing environment. You will have a passion for learning and development, as well as having the initiative to bring new ideas and opinions. Prison Healthcare experience is not essential although we do ask that you have experience within primary care.
A driving licence is essential for this role.

You’ll receive an annual salary up to £49,770 DEO. 2 year Golden Hello (£2,000 in Year 1 of service and £1,500 in Year 2 of service - conditions apply).

The Mount prison originally opened in 1987 as a young offender’s institution. It was designed as a Category C training prison built on the site of a former RAF station on the outskirts of Bovingdon village, Hertfordshire.
