As a valued member in our Integrated Urgent Care (IUC) division this means being there at the end of an NHS 111 call, day and night, and helping people access the urgent treatment they need. We are looking for patient focused candidates to join us as a NHS 111 Health Advisor to assist our patients. Location: This role is office based in Ipswich, IP3 9FH
To become a licensed operator, you will receive NHS Pathway training (a highly advanced telephone triage tool), used for assessing, triaging and directing the public to urgent and emergency care services.
