About The Role

Practice Plus Group are looking for a dynamic and enthusiastic Personal Assistant to join our national network, supporting our National Medical Directors within our Integrated Urgent Care (IUC) division. 

You will provide efficient and smooth administrative assistance to our IUC Medical Directors, the base for this role can be flexible and even home based, but you will need to travel to our Uxbridge office occasionally.  You will lean on your excellent relationship building skills to develop working relationships with internal and external stakeholders. 

Alongside this you will be responsible for diary management, travel and hotel bookings, expense claims, ensuring your allocated directors are fully prepared for meetings as well as collating and formatting necessary reports. 

Administrative duties will include managing incoming emails prioritising when needed, organising meetings on directors behalf, providing support in regards to presentation materials and minute taking

This role is offering 22.5 hours per week, but can go up to 30 for the right person. 

About You

PA experience is essential. Experience of supporting Directors at a senior level is preferred.
Knowledge of healthcare, ideally previously working with clinical staff.
Efficient use of MS Office systems
Excellent communication skills and articulate at communicating with staff at all levels. 
Good time management and prioritisation skills.

Qualifications:

GCSE (or equivalent) English and Maths at grade A–C
