About The Role

Are you an Agency Recruiter looking to move to in-house recruitment, or are you already an in-house Recruiter looking for a new challenge?

As an In-House Recruiter, you will be responsible for the recruitment of clinical, non-clinical roles and other health professionals, delivering a high standard of recruitment to our Integrated Urgent Care services.

This is a permanent position, working Monday - Friday, 37.5 hours per week.
 
The role is based in Reading, however we are currently home based with one team day a week in the office which is within 10 minutes’ walk of Reading Train Station and the Town Centre.

What You’ll Be Doing

You will be a dedicated recruiter for our Clinical Assessment Service (CAS), Out-Of-Hours (OOH) services and GP Practices across the country, recruiting clinical and non-clinical roles such as, GPs, nurses, other clinical professionals, administration, operational and management roles. 

You will work with the IUC and wider recruitment teams to plan our recruitment events for the year ahead and attend as an exhibitor at the national clinical/non-clinical exhibitions throughout the year as and when required. You will also work collaboratively with the wider recruitment teams to review and monitor our end to end recruitment processes to identify areas for continuous improvement.  

This is an interesting and varied role with scope to grow and develop your skills in an organisation where development and promotion within is important to us. 

About You

You will be an experienced recruiter from either an agency or in-house background. Ideally with clinical and non-clinical experience. 

You will be used to managing a variety of vacancies across several locations, and so the ability to work in a fast-paced environment is important, as will be your ability to prioritise and organise your workload.

This role involves liaising with stakeholders and candidates across the country. You will also be able to build relationships with internal staff and managers, understanding their recruitment needs as well as guiding them to ensure a smooth, efficient process for both them and the candidates.

Experience of using ATS (applicant tracking systems) would be beneficial, but if successful you will be trained. Knowledge of healthcare recruitment is also desirable, but is not essential.

Circa £30,000 pa + 20% bonus
