About The Role

You will lead our psychosocial team working with our patients across HMP YOI Doncaster. You will direct the provision of integrated substance misuse PSI services, and be responsible for leading and supporting the team of Recovery Workers in delivering a range of interventions including case management, assessments, harm reduction, group work, and engagement support, as well as other associated duties.

About You

You will have a good standard of education up to NVQ level 5 or equivalent experience working in a secure setting leading and managing a team, as well as working within previous psychosocial services that provide drug and alcohol support/treatment. You will be able to demonstrate experience or related skills in relation to enhancing and developing services within a primary care setting.

By having experience of supporting people with complex health needs including substance misuse, you will bring knowledge and commitment to deliver drug and alcohol treatment to the patients at HMP YOI Doncaster. You will have a non-judgemental attitude and a desire to support the lives of our patients by delivering a high quality service.
