About The Role

We have a unique opportunity in a brand new role to join our growing
private healthcare team, helping and supporting private patients across our network of 10 hospitals.  Day to day, you will responsible for taking enquiries from private patients that have chosen to use our outstanding services, ensuring that all patients are dealt with in a professional, courteous and empathetic manner. You will be a key point of call to answer patient queries, take payments and provide information that they may need for their upcoming appointment or operation. It’s a highly rewarding role, where you will be working as part of a team that make a difference to people’s live every day.

About You

About The Candidate

Your professionalism, customer service experience and excellent positive communication skills will be used to give a great experience to private patients. Your analytical skills will allow you to ascertain facts, problem solve and seek answers to queries for customers and your attention to detail will ensure accurate and timely information for patients. 

You will be used to handling a large number of enquiries as well as demonstrating an empathetic and understanding attitude.

Above all, you have a natural ability to help make the lives of others more fulfilling and want to work in an environment where the work can be hard, but also fun and rewarding. Just as important though is your flexibility, belief in teamwork and your ability to use your initiative
and prioritise a busy workload.
