We have a unique opportunity in a brand new role to join our growing private healthcare team, helping and supporting private patients across our network of 10 hospitals. Day to day, you will responsible for taking enquiries from private patients that have chosen to use our outstanding services, ensuring that all patients are dealt with in a professional, courteous and empathetic manner. You will be a key point of call to answer patient queries, take payments and provide information that they may need for their upcoming appointment or operation. It’s a highly rewarding role, where you will be working as part of a team that make a difference to people’s live every day.
