Practice Plus Group are looking to appoint an Human Resources Business Partner - HR Operations to work within our Integrated Urgent Care service line. The position is remote however being commutable to Reading for at least one day per week would be advantageous. This role is a combination of HR Administration function responsibility coupled with HR Business Partner for one of our regions.
In addition to leading service wide HR projects to ensure compliance with legal and procedural changes (e.g. IR35 and GDPR) the role will be accountable for ensuring lean and efficient post offer and HR admin practices, efficient HR on-boarding and production of monthly MI to aide continuous improvements.
The successful candidate will exhibit excellent communication skills, have a can-do attitude and be able to work to tight deadlines under pressure. This is an exceptionally busy role, with a team of people to keep motivated and on-task. You will have demonstrable experience of working in a highly regulated industry, managing people remotely and solid HR operational knowledge. A CIPD qualification is not essential but it would be advantageous to support you with the Business Partnering aspect of the role. We would love you to have worked in Healthcare before however this is definitely not essential, transferable regulated industries would help you to understand complex organisation.
