About The Role

If you are a Sales Executive looking to join a leading independent UK healthcare provider that truly makes a difference to people’s lives on a daily basis we would like to hear from you. We have an exciting opportunity for experienced Sales Executives to join our newly founded Private Patient Sales team.  This team has been built to develop and expand our self-pay and insured patient facilities as we continue to provide support for our outstanding outpatient and diagnostic services.
You will work as part of a customer service and sales motivated team responding to telephone and email queries from potential patients looking to take advantage of our clinically outstanding healthcare services, talking them through the range of procedures and diagnostic tests appropriate for them and providing accurate details of next steps and pricing model. Your day will involve capturing enquirer’s details, booking appointments, resolving queries, giving information on procedures, providing advice and practical help from in-bound and out-bound phone calls and emails with prospective self-pay patients

About You

Your professionalism, customer service experience and excellent positive communication skills will help facilitate patient enquiries into a clinical consultation, test or procedure within our Practice Plus Group Hospital. Your analytical skills will allow you to ascertain facts, problem solve and seek answers to queries for customers and your attention to detail will ensure accurate and timely information for patients. 

You will need to have a solid understanding of the Private Healthcare market, be used to achieving targets within a KPI driven market and experience in a sales role that handles a large number of enquiries as well as an empathetic and understanding attitude.

Above all, you have a natural ability to help make the lives of others more fulfilling and want to work in an environment where the work can be hard, but also fun and rewarding. Just as important though is your flexibility, belief in teamwork and your ability to use your initiative, follow instructions and prioritise a busy workload.
