About The Role

HMP Huntercombe are looking for an Administrator to contribute to the delivery of administration services, to the healthcare team on site. The role will include working within a busy team, completing a variety of administrative tasks, working on IT systems, maintaining databases/waiting lists/call-up lists, customer service, answering and directing telephone calls, general office duties such as typing, ordering and stock control, scanning, faxing etc.  
 

About You

The successful candidate will have the following:

  • Wide ranging experience of office routines and procedures
  • Working with multi-disciplinary teams
  • Experience of working in an administrative role
  • Experience of working in a customer care environment
  • Experience of data submission and report production
  • Experience of working in a multi-disciplinary team
  • Intermediate IT skills
  • Problem solving skills
  • Able to prioritise and complete tasks in a timely manner
 
Salary and Benefits
 
This is a full time role working 37.5 hours per week. The salary for this role is from £18,000 to £21,000 FTE - Dependant on experience.
