Practice Plus Group are looking for an Administration Manager to join us in the Suffolk and North East Essex IUC Team, based in Ipswich. This is a Hybrid role and will be working between our Ipswich or Colchester offices and the comfort of your own home.
This will be a full time position working 37.5 hours a week and paying up to £25,000 per annum.
Responsibilities
As the Administration Manager, you will be managing the administration activities for the whole of our Suffolk and North East Essex IUC (SNEE IUC) Team, ensuring administrative and clerical duties are carried out within Practice Plus Group guidelines and policies
As the Administration Manager you will support the Regional Manager and IUC Local Leadership Team in the day to day running of IUC Services supporting the clinical team and ops team as appropriate.
You will champion the Learning Management system and liaise with the learning Team and Local Team to ensure compliance for all statuary Mandatory training. You will also be required to produce regular reports, collaborating with Local Leadership Team to ensure they are all submitted in a timely and quality manner.
Producing ad hoc statistical or data reports as requested by the Local Leadership Team will play a key part of your role whilst organising, administering and minute regular meetings. Supporting the Contact Centre Manager with buildings administration and Maintain, update and monitor the computer systems and associated equipment on an ongoing basis, reporting faults to the IT Helpdesk are also fall within your remit.
Overall, you would be a vital member of the team, being a link between the clinical and non-clinical staff.
