The role
As a Patient Experience Administrator you will:
- Act as the point of contact for enquiries relating to patient pathways
- Support the patient experience and engagement initiatives
- Maintain engagement databases
- Meet with patients to collate feedback, using this data to improve access to health
- Work as part of a team to develop action plans and improve signposting to available services
- Support the Patient Engagement Lead and assist in the preparation of the overall project plans and associated work streams
- Support Patient Engagement Lead to provide practical training to staff involved in specific projects, including prisoner Health Orderlies
- Support the Patient Engagement Lead in complaints/concerns processes.
- Undertake Administration tasks to support the service in performance delivery
You will;
Provide support to the team to ensure outstanding patient experience. You will work closely and buildstrong relationships with patients, healthcare and prison colleagues to ensure the patient is at thecentre of service delivery.
Deliver support to assist the team in managing compliments and complaints, to ensure patients’needs are met.
This will include chasing appointments and providing written responses to patientswhere appropriate.
