About The Role

Are you an IT Service Desk Analyst looking for a new challenge in a rewarding environment?  We provide health care services nationwide, when compared to comparable NHS services in these areas, these centres provide a faster clinical assessment service than attending a local hospital. We aim to continue reducing waiting times across all these regions. The smooth running of our varied IT operations is key and we are looking for a service desk analyst to join our growing friendly team to join the team in Colchester.
 
Your will be working within the IT Service Desk providing an efficient, professional, courteous Service to more than 7,000 users across 90+ sites. Working in a proactive and co-operative manner to ensure that the responsiveness, effectiveness and quality of the IT Service Desk service is as good as it can be. Shift work is in operation within the hours of 7.30m to 6pm Monday to Saturday; this role will be based at Brunel Court in Colchester.
 
Shifts rotate on a weekly basis. The main shift is 8:30am-5pm, with a late shift 09:30am-6pm.

Weekend cover may be required several times per year to cover leave.

About You

Previous IT experience in call logging, call queue management and working within a service level agreement (SLA) driven environment in similar role would be an advantage. More important though are your excellent communication skills, flexibility, and your ability to use your initiative and prioritise a busy workload.
