Responsibilities:
You will be working to Assist the Service Manager, and deputise for the Service Manager in his absence, in order to ensure we provide an efficient service. You will also manage the delivery of service to acceptable levels on a day to day whilst managing the non-clinical management of the GP and nursing staff, including recruitment selection and training.
Other duties included are supporting and mentoring staff, manage and support the delivery of the Key Performance Indicators (KPI), undertaking the reporting of QOF, LCS, ES services and Ensure service compliance with statutory and regulatory responsibilities.
You will also be responsible for IT Systems and Services by: providing troubleshooting assistance; developing clinical system templates and protocols, installation of new software, and ensuring that the service meets it contractual digital targets whilst acting as Site lead for Information Governance.
Who we’re Looking For
To be successful in applying for this role you will have experience in an NHS GP practice or a similar Primary Care setting. You will have Good knowledge and understanding of QOF and similar clinical requirements. Experience in reporting regulatory figures and KPI’s, whilst being full conversant in Microsoft Office products.
Having excellent communications skills and strong project management will also be advantageous to your application. Whilst holding the above, being a proactive thinker and quality focused are traits we will also look for.
