You will be a qualified Nursing Associate who can demonstrate entry to the NMC register with a real passion for developing your clinical skills in an environment that is ever-changing as some of your responsibilities will include completing wing medication rounds, primary care clinics, and emergency response.
You’ll have a flexible approach to working within a team that encourages new ideas and opinions on how to improve the service.
You will be providing outstanding evidence-based case to our patients seeking out, listening to and acting on their feedback so that care is personalised and informed by what matters to them. You will contribute to and implement care packages, assist with health promotion, well-being and clinics as well as assisting patients with activities of daily living and personal care.
Throughout this position, you will deliver non-judgemental care involving anything from health promotion clinics and observations to supporting the nursing and pharmacy teams in primary care within healthcare centres and on wings and house blocks. You’ll make a real difference as defined throughout our bespoke Health in Justice Competency Framework following our policies, procedures and always considering safeguarding.
