About The Role

Do you have substantial experience within a management accounting or commercial finance team? The role is particularly suited to those with commercial or healthcare experience, however a multitude of backgrounds will be considered.

Reporting to the Financial Controller, you will work as part of the Secondary Care (SC) finance team and be part of the central Financial Control function based in Reading. 

You will be responsible for the leading financial planning activities for the SC division and will involve developing good working relationships with and supporting the wider SC finance team and Group finance team. The role is key in delivering robust financial analysis and insights, along with evolving our financial reporting to support the SC leadership team.

The Financial Planning & Analysis Manager vacancy is usually based out of our Head Office in Reading but can also be Remote based.
