About The Role

The administration team at Practice Plus Group Buckinghamshire Musculoskeletal (MSK) service provide outstanding clerical service and support to patients across Buckinghamshire. If you’re looking for a role where you can develop your existing skills and learn something new every day, then this is the place to be. We are looking for an Administrator to join our team at Practice Plus Group Buckinghamshire MSK, based at our main site in High Wycombe. Our core office hours are Monday – Thursday 7:45am – 7pm, Friday 7:45am – 5pm and Saturday 9am – 5pm, which allows us to provide flexibility to working patterns to allow you to fit work in with your life commitments.

Our services within the MSK service span across a wide range of treatment specialities; this is your opportunity to work as part of a forward thinking, innovative administration team.

About You

You will be responsible for processing incoming referrals, as well as capturing complete and accurate clinical and demographic information. As the first point of call for patient and customer queries, you must have excellent communication and organisational skills and be willing to learn and develop. You will ensure patients are offered an appointment with an appropriate service and responding to any queries raised with a genuine interest in helping patients receive exceptional care at each contact. Training will be provided for all of the above duties and supported by the Administration Lead.
