We're looking for a Substance Misuse Lead to work in HMP Pentonville on a permanent, full-time basis.

 

About the role 

You will be responsible for the provision and delivery of an integrated, safe, legal, high-quality care to all SMS patients within the establishment.

 

 


About You

About you

You will need to be suitably qualified in SMS practices, with experience of working with and knowledge of delivering care to SMS patients, and have the necessary skills to support service development and change.

If you are self-motivated and able to work autonomously as well as showing plenty of initiative when it comes to handling a wide range of situations, then this could be the right role for you!

Receive an annual salary of up to £51,500 depending on experience pro rota, plus car allowance. This is a full-time role working 37.5 hours per week. The salary for this role is up to £51,500 - dependent on experience.

From 1st April 2022, it will be a legal requirement for all healthcare workers who have direct face to face contact with patients to be vaccinated with an approved COVID19 vaccine. This includes front-line workers, as well as non-clinical workers not directly involved in patient care but who nevertheless may have incidental and/or intermittent direct, face to-face contact with patients. As part of our recruitment to this role, evidence of vaccination, or clinical exemption will be required.
