You will need to be suitably qualified in SMS practices, with experience of working with and knowledge of delivering care to SMS patients, and have the necessary skills to support service development and change.

This is a full-time role working 37.5 hours per week. The salary for this role is up to £51,500 - dependent on experience.
From 1st April 2022, it will be a legal requirement for all healthcare workers who have direct face to face contact with patients to be vaccinated with an approved COVID19 vaccine. This includes front-line workers, as well as non-clinical workers not directly involved in patient care but who nevertheless may have incidental and/or intermittent direct, face to-face contact with patients. As part of our recruitment to this role, evidence of vaccination, or clinical exemption will be required.
