As the Primary Care Clinical Lead and a member of the wider management team, you will be responsible for providing the day-to-day clinical and operational management of the mental health team across an integrated healthcare service, contributing to the strategic direction of the service. You will support your team to carry out comprehensive assessments, confidently communicating treatment options, and initiating supportive care plans, working with individuals on a 1-2-1 basis alongside the wider multi-disciplinary team.
There will be an expectation for the post holder to lead/contribute to clinical and consumer audits. You'll be responsible to the Head of Healthcare, to ensure the management of the service meets its contractual obligations.
This includes ensuring all operational and clinical data requirements on the Key Performance Indicators (KPI’s) are submitted within agreed deadlines and that KPI data is utilised to manage the performance of the team.
Salary & benefits
You’ll receive an annual salary of up to £50,000 - depending on experience; free DBS check, free mandatory training, indemnity cover, CPD, and re-validation support. As well as a number of benefits including a company pension scheme, 25 days annual leave - increasing to 28 with service, plus 8 public bank holidays, other benefits including, cycle to work scheme, clinical development opportunities and an employee referral scheme receiving £1,500 for registered professionals.
