We're looking for a full time Management Support Administrator to work with the business support manager

 

About the role

You will contribute to the delivery of administration services within an office setting, providing administrative support to the senior managers and the rest of the healthcare team, wider Practice Plus Group organisation and the prison. The role will include working within a busy team, completing a variety of administrative tasks, working on IT systems, maintaining databases/waiting lists/call-up lists, customer service, answering and directing telephone calls, general office duties such as typing, ordering stock items.

 

This is a full-time role working 37.5 hours a week with an annual salary of £21,240 depending on experience.

 

HMP Leeds is s category B men’s prison based in Leeds, Yorkshire. The Leeds team adopts an inclusive, compassionate and punctilious attitude towards each other and their patients. Leeds is an unpredictable, fast paced environment where care is provided 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Shifts will vary depending on the department you work for, we encourage you to contact us for more information.

Progression and development is encouraged and supported. There is access to free parking in a secure car park and it is easily accessible from the motorway.  

The team is built of primary care, mental health, substance misuse and pharmacy who are supported by our clerical team and over seen by the head and deputy head of healthcare.

About You

The successful candidate will have the following:

•           Wide ranging experience of office routines and procedures

•           Working with multi-disciplinary teams

•           Experience of working in an administrative role

•           Experience of working in a customer care environment

•           Experience of data submission and report production

•           Experience of working in a multi-disciplinary team

•           Intermediate IT skills

•           Good communication skills

•           Problem solving skills

•           Able to prioritise and complete tasks in a timely manner

•           Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel

•           Good knowledge of Microsoft Word
