We're looking for an Integrated Substance Misuse Primary care Nurse Lead to work across all our South West prisons to lead on the implementation of the SMS specification and standardise practice across our sites.

You will be responsible for the provision and delivery of an integrated, safe, legal, high quality care to all SMS patients within the establishment.

About You

You will need to be suitably qualified in SMS practices, with experience of working with and knowledge of delivering care to SMS patients and have the necessary skills to support service development and change.

If you are self-motivated and able to work autonomously as well as showing plenty of initiative when it comes to handling a wide range of situations, then this could be the right role for you!

You will receive an annual salary of up to £35,000 depending on experience pro rota, working a 37.5hr week. This is a full time role working 37.5 hours per week.

The salary for this role is up to £35,000 - dependent on experience.
