About The Role

Practice Plus Group are recruiting to the newly created post of Resourcing Administrator into our established, inclusive and welcoming Resourcing Team.  This new role have been created due to the growth and planned expansion of Practice Plus Group’s secondary care division, which runs a number of private hospitals and surgical centres across the country offering diagnostics and elective treatment to both NHS and private patients.

In this role you will support our Talent Acquisition Team in the 360 recruitment of our high volume vacancies, which could range from receptionists and administrators, to healthcare assistants, catering staff and housekeepers, amongst others.  Our team recruit around 1000 individuals a year to join our hospitals and surgical centres, ensuring we recruit the strongest candidates that are right for our business is vital in the success of our day to day operations enabling us to deliver outstanding patient care.

You’ll support the Recruitment Team by posting vacancies in our Applicant Tracking System (ATS) to the career websites and appropriate job boards. You will maintain and update database of interview questions, job descriptions and job adverts to help monitor advertisements to ensure details, style and tone of voice are correct.

You’ll also support the Recruitment Marketing Partner to monitor job board usage, social media campaigns and other promotional activities and events.

Whilst the Resourcing Administrator will work remotely the majority of the time, on occasion there will be a requirement to meet with the wider resourcing team at our modern offices in Central Reading.
