We are are looking for an experienced Administrator to join our our inclusive and welcoming Resourcing Team. This is a busy and varied role best suited to someone with excellent excel skills and the ability to multi-task.
The role is full time at 37.5 hours per week, but for the right candidate we can provide a level of flexibility to support your other commitments and work/life balance.
Teamwork is important to us and your role will provide vital support to a busy internal recruitment team.
Reporting to the Recruitment Marketing Partner you will assist in supporting the secondary care recruitment team to monitor job board usage, social media campaigns and other promotional activities and events. You will maintain and update a database of interview questions, job descriptions, candidate pipelining, job adverts and help monitor advertisements to ensure details, style and tone of voice are correct. You'll also ensure our candidate tracking system remains up to date and kept in good order,
Our team recruit around 1000 individuals a year to join our hospitals and surgical centres, ensuring we recruit the strongest candidates that are right for our business is vital in the success of our day to day operations enabling us to deliver outstanding patient care. This role is key to helping ensure we are doing this effectively and efficiently.
This is a hybrid role, based from home and in our modern central Reading offices where you'll expected to be one or two days a week.
