About The Role

We have an exciting opportunity for a Senior Facilities Manager to provide expert advice, guidance and support in relation to in all matters across Practice Plus Group.

Practice Plus Group is committed to being a provider of high quality healthcare services. You will ensure this by the delivery of Facilities Management services to a high standard, identifying opportunities that will continuously improve all aspects of FM operations including developing and implementing cost reduction initiatives.

As Senior Facilities Manager you will cover all sites across the UK but with a focus towards the South and South West of England, the Senior Facilities Manager will have around 10 years’ experience with Hard FM and contract management, it is a bonus if you have previously worked in the NHS and/or the Healthcare sector. 

You will manage and ensure the delivery all aspects of planned, reactive and cyclical maintenance plus small and medium scale project works, within agreed budgets to ensure the existing estate is maintained efficiently and effectively and in compliance with all statutory obligations and Company policies and objectives.
