About The Role

We are looking for a new Service Administrator to join the team!

This role will be responsible for providing a professional administration service, ensuring all our Out Of Hours and Clinical Assessment Services run smoothly. You will work alongside and assist other administrators in all aspects of the admin department, including rota management, recruitment, maintaining databases, and reporting where necessary.
 
You will be in regular contact with staff across the service, monitoring several inboxes and communicating with others via telephone and email. This will also include minute taking as necessary in internal meetings, ensuring that actions and information are noted correctly and then shared across the wider team. This in turn will give you insight into some of the various projects taken on by the organisation, which you will be using your skills to play an active part in.

This is a part time role, working 3 days a week between the hours of 8:00am - 6:30pm, Monday to Friday. This role will be based in our office in Colchester.

About You

You will be a confident administrator, who prides themselves on their ability to communicate both verbally and in written form. You feel comfortable using Microsoft Office (including Excel), using spreadsheets to collate data and report as required.
 
You consider yourself organised, being able to prioritise your workload as you see fit while also meeting deadlines for your team's needs.
