About The Role

We are looking for Bank Administrators to join us at our Surrey out of hours and triage service!

In this role, you would be providing co-ordination and support for the Out Of Hours (OOH) and Clinical Assessment Service (CAS), ensuring the smooth running of GPs and other clinicians' shifts. You would be working with the team to co-ordinate and monitor resource and call volumes, directing calls to clinicians as appropiate. This also includes reporting of any escalations, such as any concerns that may affect dispatch and response times (eg IT failure or vehicle issues). 
 
You would be acting as the central point of liaison and communication for all members of the team and external providers, booking patient appointments and comfort calling as required.

As this is a Bank role, successful candidates can choose to accept the shifts they want based on availability. There may also be the opportunity to train for other operational roles within the service.
 
Pay rates
Monday to Friday (08:00 - 23:59) - £10.91
Monday to Friday (00:00 - 07:59) - £13.80
Weekends (08:00 - 23:59) - £13.02
Weekends (00:00 - 07:59) - £15.50

About You

You will have previous administration and customer service experience, as well as priding yourself on your organisation skills. You will be confident with Microsoft Office, as well as have a good understanding of confidentiality and data protection.
 
Communication is key in this role, and so you will have an excellent telephone manner and in written communication. You will have the ability to be personable, as well as be comfortable to negotiate and influence as appropriate.
