About The Role

We are looking for an experienced Senior Website Manager to join our team and oversee the functionality and content of our Group’s websites evaluating and managing performance, facilitate hosting and server management, planning and delivering the development, growth and optimisation roadmap.

Central to this role is the responsibility for planning the strategic and tactical websites roadmaps and prioritization through cross-functional collaboration with marketing, sales, and communication teams. You will drive forward conversion rate optimisation and deliver improvements to the sites to drive significant business growth.

Day-to-day you will be managing the upkeep of the Practice Plus Group websites including creating, building, and amending pages, troubleshooting, and resolving issues and bugs as well as monitoring the performance of all content across the sites, reporting on engagement and recommending improvements.

We need you to create and deliver SEO programmes to maximise organic ranking opportunities across all sections of the websites. This will include coaching and guiding content contributors on the importance of SEO and ensuring web content is appropriately tagged and has correct metadata for SEO, dynamic content delivery models, and effective data layer set up.

You will be working with key teams across the business and utilising analytic reports to surface trends and themes in the data and offer insight & recommendations to improve conversion through the buyer journey and usability enhancements.

As Senior Website Manager you will own the end-to-end AB/MVT test programme, monitoring the performance of all testing, optimising, and refining to work towards goals of improving web KPIs.

About You

We are looking for someone with over five years of relevant experience in the strategy, management and production of websites.  Educated to degree level you will ideally have a professional marketing qualification (CIM/IDDM) and be used to working closely with Sales, Communications, Social Media and digital marketing teams.

An inspiring and motivational line manager with excellent organisational, planning and coordination skills you will need the ability to multitask and prioritise as needed.  You will take a proactive approach to resolving issues and problems and have strong interpersonal skills to help build collaborative relationships within the team.
