About The Role

Are you looking to build your existing marketing experience?  Do you like to keep up to date with the latest digital and marketing trends?

At Practice Plus group we are passionate about great healthcare and believe anyone should be able to access excellent care, whether via the NHS or privately. We are looking for a Marketing Executive to join our expanding team to support the Marketing Manager in delivering multichannel marketing programs.

You will support the marketing team in sourcing and attracting new customers and raising brand awareness through the creation of multichannel marketing campaigns at a national and local level across Secondary and Primary care. A key part of your role will be to support the delivery of a national market proposition for Secondary Care, Primary Care, Optometrists and Chartered Physiotherapists to increase the number of direct referrals made to Practice Plus Group across all specialties for NHS and Private Healthcare.

As well as being responsible for the management of hospital marketing planners that focus on activity, spend and results, your role will include overseeing the development of promotional materials, advertisements and other marketing projects. You will research and analyse market trends, demographics, pricing, competitor products, and other relevant information to inform marketing strategies. You will assist in the briefing or marketing collateral to our in-house design team, get involved in writing and proofreading creative copy and editing images and videos to publish content online.

About You

We are looking for someone who can show a broad experience of the marketing mix from a marketing, business, advertising or communications field.

You will need a good knowledge of marketing performance and optimisations, offline marketing and digital marketing. Good project management and strong interpersonal skills as well as the ability to multi-task and re-prioritize are required to help you manage multiple projects simultaneously.

A good problem solver, with critical thinking skills and the ability to understand and interpret data, you will be able to work autonomously as well as part of an integrated team.
