If you are looking to be part of an energetic and vibrant organisation that truly makes a difference to people’s lives on a daily basis we would like to hear from you. We are looking for an experienced Administrator to join our team on a part time basis, working 30 hours per week.

As part of the Administration team at Practice Plus Group Hospital, Shepton Mallet you will work proactively to coordinate and ensure that the outpatient clinics run smoothly and report any issues to the Outpatient Manager Ewa. You will coordinate the patient’s pathway in the department, liaising with nursing staff, updating patient details, requesting patient transport and recording the outcome of all outpatient appointments.

About You

You will have experience of dealing with customers face to face and over the phone in healthcare or another service sector, and have excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Your ability to deal with difficult situations calmly is also important in this role. Your customer focused approach, willingness to learn new skills and motivation to provide a high quality service are just as important however.
