About The Role

At Practice Plus group we are passionate about great healthcare and believe anyone should be able to access excellent care, whether via the NHS or privately. We are looking for an experienced Marketing Manager to join our expanding team to develop and implement multichannel marketing programs.

You will work closely with the Senior Marketing Manager and be responsible for sourcing and attracting new customers and raising brand awareness through the creation of marketing campaigns, delivering data-driven activity to meet national and local marketing requirements and referrer engagement across all media channels for Secondary and Primary care.

You will be responsible for developing a national market proposition for Primary Care, Optometrists and Chartered Physiotherapists to increase the number of direct referrals made to Practice Plus Group across all specialties for NHS and Private Healthcare.

Your role will include creating marketing plans, staying up to date with the latest digital and marketing trends, and coordinating campaigns within the immediate and wider marketing functions, and with department heads.

About You

We are looking for someone with a proven ability to build strong working relationships with key stakeholders and collaborate with different teams to build plans and deliver campaigns. You will be an experienced marketer either educated to degree level or have the equivalent industry experience.  A professional marketing qualification (CIM / IDDM) is preferred but not essential.

What is key is that you can demonstrate success with end-to-end campaign planning, rollout, project management across offline and digital, and campaign reporting. You will need good organisational, planning, and coordination skills and the ability to multi-task and re-prioritise as needed whilst managing multiple projects simultaneously.

Highly analytical and data driven you will have experience with operations and marketing technology implementation and usage – e.g., Google Analytics, Power BI and also in audience analysis, messaging, content and journey mapping, program development, and measurement.
